DriveMe Antalya operates as a car hire platform that connects customers with trusted local rental partners in Antalya and across Turkey. All bookings made through our website are subject to the terms and policies of the respective rental provider.

2. Booking Process

✔ You can make a booking directly through our website using your name, contact details, and rental preferences.
✔ Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details including pickup instructions and contact information.
✔ You must ensure that all personal information provided during booking is accurate and complete.

3. Payment & Deposit

Our platform offers No Deposit and No Credit Card car hire options whenever available. Some cars may require a small refundable deposit depending on the vehicle type and rental provider. All prices displayed on our website include taxes and basic insurance unless stated otherwise.

4. Driver Requirements

✔ The driver must be at least 21 years old (some cars may require 25+).
✔ A valid driving license must be presented at the time of pickup.
✔ International visitors may need an International Driving Permit (IDP) depending on their home country and duration of stay.

5. Vehicle Use

🚗 The rented vehicle must be used responsibly and in accordance with Turkish traffic laws.
🚫 It is prohibited to drive off-road, use the car for racing, or allow unauthorized persons to drive.
🛠 The renter is responsible for fuel, tolls, parking fees, and traffic fines incurred during the rental period.

6. Insurance & Coverage

All cars come with standard insurance coverage, which may include CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TP (Theft Protection). Optional full insurance upgrades are available upon request. Please review your rental agreement for detailed coverage terms and exclusions.

7. Cancellation Policy

✔ Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before pickup time for most bookings.
✔ Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or full charge according to the provider’s policy.
✔ Refunds are processed to the same payment method used during booking.

8. Liability

DriveMe Antalya acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or disputes arising directly between the customer and the rental supplier. However, our support team is always available to assist in resolving issues quickly and fairly.

9. Modifications

DriveMe Antalya reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website signifies acceptance of the latest version.
